TEAM INVOLVEMENT

 

It is imperative that all team members working with a child communicate.  The effectiveness of PROMPT therapy is attained only when goals are shared with the professionals and caregivers in a child's life.  This offers the child greater chances to practice learned skills and carry them over into functional and meaningful contexts.  When possible, the PROMPT therapist should attend team meetings with the family, teachers, and therapists.
